Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend P.Amirjanov/ On 31 May, the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, signed a decree on giving scholarships. According to the decision, twelve people will receive the Presidential scholarships for their services in developing Azerbaijan's education.
