BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 14. Azerbaijan produced 19,400 tons of lubricants from January through June 2025, marking a sharp decline compared to the same period last year.
Data obtained by Trend from the State Statistics Committee indicates that this figure is down by about 13,400 tons, or 40.1 percent, from the 32,800 tons produced in the previous year’s first half.
Meanwhile, the country’s finished lubricant stocks stood at around 2,500 tons as of July 1, 2025.
To note, the total value of oil product output during the reporting period amounted to 2.56 billion manat ($1.5 million), down 1.2 percent from the corresponding period of the previous year.
