A contract on a series of dry cargos 'river-sea' was concluded in August 2005. The contract envisages the construction of four dry cargos under this project within two years of its signing.
The major vessel Iran Anzali was given to consumers in February 2007, the second vessel Iran Nowshahr in June 2007, the fourth vessel in December 2006.
Dry cargo RSD19 is for delivery of general, bulky, forestry and large dimension cargo, including containers of international standard from 8.5 and 9 feet, and dangerous cargo in the Caspian, as well as the Mediterranean, Baltic, White, North Seas, including voyages around Europe and in the Irish Sea during the winter period.

Continuous sailing is 20 days in sea and 10 days in river. The term of service of the vessel is 24 years. Testing of the major vessel indices showed that the speed of the vessel reaches 11.8 knots.
The maximum length of the RSD 19 vessel is 140m, width - 16.70m, height of the board - 6m, immersion - 6750/4343 and deadweight of 6325/4100.
The dry cargo project was developed by the Marine Engineering Bureau ( Odessa city) KM*LU2 I А1 class of the Russian Marine Register of Shipment and meets all requirements of international conventions. The most advanced constrictive solutions have been applied on the vessel. All subsidiary premises have been minimized with respect to increasing the carrying capacity of the vessel. The energy installation was selected because it enables fuel economy. The vessel is difficult to construct, while commercially reasonable.
