Various donor countries and international financial lending organizations provided Azerbaijan with technical assistance in 2010. The grants worth $ 28.5 million were allocated to implement 23 projects and programs, the governmental report as of 2010, presented to the Parliament, said.
Azerbaijan also participates in the programs, grant projects and technical assistance implemented in the region. For example, Azerbaijan joined five regional projects worth $17.3 million in 2010.
