Norwegian Greenoak acquired a right of running Batumi sea port for the period of 49 years, reports Trend with reference to the Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Nogaidelis statement at the end of privatization tender process.
Greenoak won its 5 rivals in the tender, offering $92m, the biggest payment for running the port, starting amount of which was $35 millions.
Greenoak is the owner of Batumi oil terminal and several oil enterprises in Batumi as reported Prime News.
