(Itar-Tass) - European Union countries have failed to overcome Poland's veto on talks with Russia regarding a new basic agreement on partnership, reports Trend.
An official spokesman for Finland, which holds the EU's rotating presidency now, said a meeting of EU ambassadors on the Polish veto ended without any reassuring results.
