Aghayeva/ Commenting on the official position of Baku towards the issue on the American company SEMA preparing the rebuilding of the ancient Azerbaijani town of Shusha, occupied by Armenian Forces since May, 1992, Elmar Mammadyarov, the Head of the Azerbaijani Foreign Office, stated in Baku today that the implementation of any project on Armenia's occupied Azerbaijani territories cannot be supported and understood by the Azerbaijani party. " Azerbaijan will consider these as a serious obstacle in the negotiations to reach a peaceful agreement with Armenia," he stressed.
"Such actions being taken by the opposite conflict party cannot be either supported or understood by Azerbaijan," said the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister.
According to Mr Mammadyarov, the commission made by the Foreign Office of the country, the Azerbaijani Diplomatic Representative Office to USA has launched an investigation into the known actions taken by the mentioned American company on the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
