BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 6. The Mingachevir Industrial Park, managed by the Economic Zones Development Agency (EZDA) under Azerbaijan's Ministry of Economy, has so far sold products worth 326 million manat ($191.7 million), Trend reports via the agency.
In excess of 80 percent of the agency's aggregate revenue,
totaling 276.6 million manat (equivalent to $162.6 million), was
attributable to export activities.
An aggregate capital infusion of 159 million manat ($93.5 million)
has been allocated towards the park's operational framework,
culminating in the establishment of 570 enduring employment
positions, thereby enhancing the regional economic ecosystem and
facilitating workforce advancement.
The park strategically prioritizes the enhancement of the textile
and light industries, establishing itself as a pivotal entity
within these domains.
