The Azerbaijani State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents approved new AZS İSO / İEC 17025 standards (the basic requirements for the authority to test and calibrate), the committee said on Oct.14.
The standards will also be applied to systems of quality control in laboratories, technical requirements and requirements for precision measurements.
The standard will be applied from Jan.1, 2010.
