An Azerbaijani delegation headed by Entrepreneurs Confederation President Mammad Musayev reached an agreement with Turkish businessmen during their visit to Istanbul. The sides agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding to enhance cooperation between the two countries.
The delegation has established links with leading business entities in Turkey to expand economic cooperation between business circles, and also held meetings with representatives of the Turkish Investment Support and Promotion Agency (TYDTA / ISPAT), the Turkish Manufacturers and Businessmen Society (TUSIAD) and the Council of External Relations (DEIK).
During the meeting with TYDTA representatives, the sides deemed appropriate the creation of effective cooperation and development. During the meeting with TUSIAD representatives, the delegation discussed the possibility of launching joint activities and further expanding ties.
The discussions aimed to increase economic cooperation between the two countries, and attract foreign investments to Azerbaijan.
