Kazakhstan looks to increase production of mineral fertilizers

The carbamide plant will be constructed in Kazakhstan’s Jambyl region within the framework of 46 projects worth over 600 billion tenge realization, Trend reports via LS news agency.

The estimated cost of the project equals 213 billion tenge. The project will be financed by Chinese investors.

“The issues of tender organizing and the feasibility study adaptation have been discussed already,” the report said.

“The feasibility study is to be finalized in 4Q2019,” the statement said.

Carbamide is a mineral fertilizer with high nitrogen concentration.
