Azerbaijan, Baku, 11 September / Trend corr. E.Ismayilov / The Chinese CNPC International company will finish the construction of a new gas-processing in Turkmenistan until the end of 2009, Lui Gunsun, General Director of CNPC International, said in Baku.
The construction works were launched in June 2008.
In 2008, CNPC International will drill 11 new wells in the Baktiyarlik square; one well has already been drilled and put into operation. Other ten wells are planned to repair.
Company plans to carry out three-dimensional seismic prospecting in the 2,900 square metres in 2008.
In 2008, company signed contracts with Turkmen companies in the sum of $11mln.
One of the CNPC International's plans in Turkmenistan is to increase the volume of gas transport via the Turkmenistan-China pipeline to 30bln cu m until 2012.
