SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) on the request of the members of the earlier announced open competition for providing services on new administrative building constructionhas changed the deadline for submission of bids, bank guarantees and other documents, SOCAR said.
If ealier above mentioned documents should be presented till April 15 at 15:00, now this time moved to 15:00 April 20. Bids, bank guarantees and other documents must be presented in the main office of SOCAR at the address: Baku city, Neftchiler Prospect, 73.
Participants of the competition must have authority at the local and foreign markets, have equipment and staff, which meets the latest international standards in working with metal structures, extensive experience in the construction of modern high-rise buildings.
A application, copies of certified documents reflecting the legal status of the applicant, a document certifying authority of the person authorized to sign proposals on competition and contract, two copies of the proposal for competition in the Azerbaijani language, bank guarantee amounting to five percent of the bid, bank certificate about the applicant' financial state in the last five years, and others.
The assessment will be conducted on the following criteria: cost of operations, technical factors, price offers as well as the quality factor, and warranty conditions.
