The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) produced 7.46 billion cubic meters of gas in 2012 compared to 7.08 billion cubic meters in 2011, a SOCAR report said on Wednesday.
According to SOCAR, some 29 billion cubic meters of gas was produced in the country in 2012, compared to about 26 billion in 2011.
Some 26.35 billion cubic meters of gas was produced in Azerbaijan in 2010, of which about 7.2 billion accounted for gas produced by SOCAR.
