BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 14. INPEX Corporation's total assets decreased by ¥261.8 billion, reaching ¥7,118.9 billion as of March 31, 2025, compared to the previous quarter ended December 31, 2024, Trend reports with reference to the company.
The decline was primarily driven by a reduction in non-current assets, which fell by ¥268.1 billion to ¥6,242.4 billion, mainly due to a decrease in oil and gas assets.
Current assets saw a slight increase of ¥6.2 billion to ¥876.4 billion, driven by growth in other financial assets and related areas. On the liabilities side, total liabilities rose by ¥6.2 billion, totaling ¥2,249.2 billion.
Current liabilities saw a notable increase of ¥106.2 billion, reaching ¥639.9 billion, while non-current liabilities decreased by ¥100.0 billion to ¥1,609.3 billion.
Equity also faced a significant decline, with total equity dropping by ¥268.1 billion to ¥4,869.7 billion. Equity attributable to the owners of the parent decreased by ¥191.4 billion, amounting to ¥4,630.3 billion. Non-controlling interests also saw a decrease of ¥76.6 billion, bringing the total to ¥239.3 billion.
