An auction for the placement of bonds of Unibank OJSC will be held at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on January 27, 2022, Trend reports on Jan. 24 with reference to the BSE.
According to the BSE, 20,000 bonds with a par value of 1,000 manat ($588) each with a circulation period of 18 months and a yield of nine percent will be put up for auction.
The underwriter of the bond placement is Unicapital Investment Company.
The bonds of Unibank with a total value of 20 million manat ($11.8 million) were included in the listing of the standard market segment upon the decision of the Listing Committee of the BSE on January 14, 2022.
