Yapi Kredi Bank Azerbaijan ended 2021 with net loss worth 231,690 manat ($136,288) compared to 2020, Trend reports citing the bank's financial report.
According to the report, the bank's net profit amounted to 471,590 manat ($277,405) in 2020.
Yapi Kredi Bank Azerbaijan’s loss accumulated due to a decrease in interest income by 17.6 percent compared to 2020 up to 11.9 million manat ($7 million) and an increase in non-interest income by 5.15 percent up to 6.3 million manat ($3.7 million).
Interest expenses of the bank amounted to 656,180 manat ($385,988) while non-interest expenses – 14,088 manat $8,287 (reduction by 5.9 percent for the year).
