Every Internet user in Azerbaijan uses 4.6 kbit/s of traffic

The volume of Internet traffic for per capita in Azerbaijan hit 4.6 kbps last year, the State Statistics Committee's report on 2007-2010 read.
Compared to the figures for 2007, the number increased by 3.87 kbps. According to the committee, 552 of every 10,000 users are broadband Internet users.
The ratio of the average tariff for using 20 hours of Internet to the average national income accounting for per capita in 2010 hit 0.5 percent, which is 1.2 percent less than the figure of 2007.
