Germany’s SAP software developer is ready to help the banking sectors of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan accelerate the process of digitalization.
“PASHA Bank became the first bank in Azerbaijan which applied SAP SuccessFactors for HR,” SAP told Trend. "This is a unified system that includes information about employees, which allows automating all operations, including financial ones. After its implementation, PASHA Bank managers received an effective digital tool for managing personnel work."
For almost 10 years, DemirBank was the SAP customer in Azerbaijan, which used SAP solutions for mobile banking, the source said.
"Another successful example is AzerGold CJSC, which introduced SAP Business One, business management software designed for small and medium-sized enterprises, which allowed organizing all processes more efficiently," SAP said.
SAP also stressed the success achieved as a result of cooperation with Uzbek banks, in particular with InfinBank, which plans to continue cooperation with the German software developer.
"InfinBank implemented SAP solutions to accelerate the process of digitalization,” the source said. “With the help of SAP product – a "credit conveyor", operating on the basis of technologies developed by our partner Pegasystems, the bank achieved fivefold acceleration of the approval process for the loan."
“Another Uzbek bank Ipak Yuli achieved great success, implementing new technologies of our development that helped make the bank products more accessible,” the source said.
SAP offers solutions for digital transformation for all sectors. The clients of the German company are representatives of the banking, oil and gas, retail sectors, telecommunication companies, shipping companies and other organizations. In general, SAP renders more than 400 services and solutions.
