BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 18. The services dished out by information and communication enterprises in Azerbaijan hit a whopping 3.1 billion manat ($1.8 billion) from January through November 2024.
Data obtained by Trend from the country's State Statistics Committee shows that this indicator increased by 12.5 percent compared to the same period in 2023.
Furthermore, a substantial 71.9 percent of these offerings were advantageous to the broader populace.
Revenues from mobile communication services in Azerbaijan amounted to over 1.1 million manat ($647,000) in the reporting period (35.3 percent of the total revenues of the telecommunications market).
To note, last year, Azerbaijan's information and communication sector raked in 3.2 billion manat ($1.8 billion) in revenue, marking a 16.3 percent jump from the year before.
