Darkhan Mynbay is appointed to the post of new Kazakh Minister of Culture and Information, Prime Minister Karim Massimov said on Monday.
"I'm going to introduce Darkhan Mynbay as the Minister of Culture and Information," Masimov wrote in his twitter-account.
Earlier Mynbay served as the head of the internal policy department of the President's Administration.
Former Kazakh Minister of Culture and Information Askar Zhumagaliev was appointed as Minister of Transport and Communication.
