In Kyrgyzstan readiness to Referendum is late as Roza Otunbaeva, president for transition period, stated today.
"Even main events have not been started. I think we have to speed up this process", she said, News Agency "24.kg" reported.
Omurbek Tekebaev, the deputy head of the interim government, said that "members of the Constitutional Council will take active part in explanation of the draft of the Main Law". 57 members of the Council agreed to work in regions explaining essence of the draft. "They are provided by 25 buses for comfort. The main works have to be finished by June 20, 2010", Omurbek Tekebaev said.
