BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 15. Kyrgyzstan's exports of petroleum products to Türkiye increased from January through August 2022, Trend reports referring to the National Statistical Committee of Kyrgyzstan.
According to statistics, Kyrgyzstan in the first 8 months of 2022 exported petroleum products to Türkiye for $39 million, which is more than a fivefold increase over the same period in 2021 ($7.5 million).
During the reporting period, Kyrgyzstan also exported petroleum products to China ($10.9 million), Malta ($8.1 million), Belgium ($5.3 million), and other countries.
Overall, the total income of Kyrgyzstan from the export of petroleum products in the first 8 months of this year amounted to $90.7 million, which is 2.3 times more than in the same period of last year ($39.5 million).
