(Interfax) - Claims that the Kosovo case is unique are lies, President Vladimir Putin told a Thursday press conference in Moscow.
"They are telling us that Kosovo is special. That is a lie; this case is not special, and everyone is aware of that," he said.
"We should elaborate a common principle for the solution of such problems. We are not driving them into a corner, we are simply offering our partners to agree on common rules," he said.
