A Norwegian government agency said all but four of those killed in last month's shooting spree on Utoya island died on the spot, the Oslo daily Aftenposten reported Tuesday.

Bjorn-Inge Larsen, head of the Norwegian Directorate of Health, told the newspaper that 65 of the 69 victims died at the island of Utoya in the July 22 rampage, DPA reported.

Two died at a ferry dock on the mainland, another in hospital, and a fourth person drowned, according to investigators.

The new details were based on information from the regional health authority of south-eastern Norway.

Two victims of the shooting were still being treated for serious injuries at Oslo University Hospital, as were four people injured in a car bomb in central Oslo that preceded the July 22 shooting, the newspaper said.

Anders Behring Breivik - who has admitted to the twin attacks - remains in custody.
