Investments in applying IT technologies in Azerbaijan grew, and PASHA Bank contributed to this to a certain degree itself, the bank’s Chief Technology Officer Vusal Khalilov told Trend on May 25.
According to Khalilov, products and services in accordance with modern trends are becoming faster and more convenient.
“However, unfortunately, many people mistakenly believe that digitalization is only technology. In reality, the most important thing here is the value that is created for customers and the organization,” he said. “Therefore we continue to improve our product line, retaining our leading position not only as a corporate financial institution but also as a bank providing the best digital services for clients."
The bank’s representative noted that all the above is achieved through a better understanding of customers, continuous improvement of user experience (UX) and applied technology approaches.
"All this gives us the opportunity to increase the number of services with a corresponding increase in the number of requests. Adding elements of artificial intelligence and machine learning (machine learning), which help in decision-making, will open up completely new opportunities for both banks and their clients," concluded Khalilov.
