BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 8. The average cost of a square meter of housing in the primary market of Baku in July 2023 increased by 1.79 percent compared to the previous month, annual growth amounted to 21.37 percent, director of consulting company MBA Group Nusret Ibragimov told Trend.
"The cost of a square meter in the primary housing market in Baku amounted to 1,931 manat ($1,135) in July 2023. The total volume of offers amounted to 807 (a decline of 5.28 percent for the year and 4.72 percent for the month)," he said.
Earlier on January 1, 2023, the average cost per square meter in the primary housing market was 1,714 manat ($1,008), and the total volume of offers was 836.
