BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 16. Apartment rental prices have increased in Baku in September 2023, the director of MBA Group consulting company Nusret Ibrahimov told Trend.
"The average cost of apartment rent in Baku amounted to 926 manat, which is $544 (growth of 3.58 percent for a month, decrease of 3.94 percent for a year)," Ibrahimov said.
According to him, the total volume of proposals on the apartment rental market in Baku amounted to 906 in September 2023 (growth for the month by 0.44 percent and for the year by 16.45 percent).
The average cost of housing rent in Baku as of January 1, 2023, was 937 manat ($551), and the total volume of offers was 790.
