BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 12. Private and country houses rose in price by an average of 22.16 percent in Baku, Azerbaijan in October 2023 year-on-year, director of MBA Group consulting company Nusret Ibragimov told Trend.
Concurrently, price growth was 1.99 percent over the previous month.
"In September 2023, the average cost of one square meter of area in private and rural residences was 1,129 manat ($664), while the entire volume of proposals for the year climbed by 15 percent, and in monthly terms by 1.74 percent - total volume of offers amounted to 1,118," Ibragimov said.
Furthermore, as of January 1, 2023, the cost of one square meter of area in private and country residences was 943 manat ($554), while the entire volume of bids was 1,017.
