The Russian Rusmet passed state registration at Azerbaijan's tax bodies via the "single-window" principle in November, the Tax Ministry reported.
Rusmet is the company's founder. Its representative office passed state registration on Nov. 19. Etibar Mammadov is its legal representative.
The Rusmet Scientific and Production Enterprise has its own metal and metal product manufacturing system using high-tech imported equipment.
