The Azerbaijani Ministry of Economy has announced a tender for the creation of e-license portal, the tender commission said June 11.
The preference will be given to the bidders with a satisfactory financial situation - the turnover for the last year must be at least two million manat.
The tender participation fee is 1,000 manat.
The tender bids with a bank guarantee in the amount of two percent of the bid amount are accepted in the Ministry of Economy till July 28, 2016.
The bids will be opened in the ministry July 29 at 12:00.
