TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, February 18. Uzbekistan’s Ulkan-Laziz LLC is strengthening its strategic cooperation with Hungary’s Moxa Management to manufacture and export specialized footwear, Uzcharmsanoat (Uzbekistan's leather, footwear, and fur industry association) told Trend.

As part of this collaboration, Ulkan-Laziz has launched the production of high-quality footwear under the Tizca brand, specifically designed for the Hungarian market.

Currently, the first product samples are undergoing laboratory testing, while advanced technological innovations are being integrated into the production process. This partnership is further supported by the GSP+ mechanism, which provides Uzbek companies with significant trade benefits when exporting to the European Union.

A key milestone of this collaboration is the export of specialized footwear worth 1.5 million euros to Moxa Management in Hungary, marking an important step in Uzbekistan’s growing presence in international markets.

Meanwhile, Uzcharmsanoat has outlined its key objectives for 2025, aiming to expand the number of exporting enterprises and achieve an export target of $250 million.

A strategy will be developed to assist enterprises in entering foreign markets, while new mechanisms and operational systems will be introduced to enhance collaboration with international partners and attract foreign investors. A roadmap has also been prepared, detailing concrete steps and strategies to ensure the effective implementation of these plans.
