Georgia, Tbilisi, Dec. 29 / Trend , N.Kirtskhalia/ Georgian President will enjoy the right to dissolve the Parliament only once, Speaker of the Georgian Parliament David Bakradze said at today's news conference.

According to Bakradze, so far head of the state has enjoyed an unlimited right to dissolve the Parliament. But the right will be restricted in line with draft constitutional changes.

"Repeated dissolution of the Parliament is very likely to be followed by early presidential election. So, it will be the people to decide whether to dissolve the Parliament or to announce early presidential election," he said.

For any president dissolution of the Parliament becomes a very difficult mechanism, because it has a very high political value, Speaker said.

If the President has to dissolve the Parliament two times, that means the country is experiencing a very serious political crisis. People's opinion is the best and the most democratic way out of the crisis, he said.

"Referendum and people's declaration of opinion is the best way in such circumstances...," Bakradze said.
