Latvia leans into wind with EBRD funding for renewable growth

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is providing 32 million euros to help build one of Latvia’s largest wind farms, a 112 MW project in Smiltene that will significantly boost the country’s renewable energy capacity and energy independence.
