BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 17. Azerbaijan produced 3.97 bcm of natural gas in January of this year.
Data obtained by Trend from the State Customs Committee shows that this is 6.4 percent (274 million cubic meters) less than the same period last year, with 4.25 bcm produced.
Of the 3.11 bcm of marketable gas produced last month, 157 million cubic meters (4.8 percent) less than in January last year, which yielded 3.26 bcm of marketable gas.
