The Turkmen Ministry of Textile Industry has announced an international tender for the reconstruction and technical modernization of a cotton mill in Dashoguz.
All interested parties must submit a written application to participate in the tender, by indicating their full name, legal status and Turkmen registration documents and read the rules of the international tender.
