Turkmenistan increased the export of fabrics from synthetic complex threfabricads by 4.2 times to the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) from January through July of this year, Trend reports, citing statistics from the Eurasian Economic Commission.
During the reporting period, Turkmenistan exported 1.6 million tons of fabrics made of synthetic complex threads for a total amount of more than $2 million, which is also more than the number of exports of similar products from January through July of last year.
The fabrics from synthetic complex threads were imported from such countries as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia.
Meanwhile, during this period, Turkmenistan exported more than 6 tons of synthetic fabrics with the addition of other fibers to Kazakhstan for a total of $8,546.
In addition to fabrics, Turkmenistan exported more than 38 tonnes of nonwovens totaling $109,985 to Kazakhstan and Russia.
Statistics also show that Turkmenistan exported more than 17 tons of synthetic monofilaments to Kazakhstan, totaling $26,820.
