Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 19 / Trend / State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) announced a tender to sell two consignments of its REBCO oil from the Russian Black Sea Novorossiysk port.
According to the SOCAR Marketing & Economic Operations Department, 1.2mln bbl of oil (each consignment of 600,000 bbl) will be dispatched to Swiss trader Vitol S.A. - the first on Jan. 15-16, 2009, and the second on Jan. 27-28, 2009.
