Marat Eshperov has been appointed as military prosecutor of Kyrgyzstan. Kyrgyz President Roza Otunbayeva signed the corresponding order, the presidential press service said on Friday.
"By a presidential order Eshperov Marat Jumashevich was dismissed from the previous post and has been appointed as Deputy Prosecutor General - Military Prosecutor of Kyrgyzstan," the report says.
By another presidential order Viktor Ivanov has been dismissed from the post of Deputy Prosecutor General - Military Prosecutor of the Kyrgyz Republic, KyrTAG reported.
It should be noted that Ivanov was appointed as Military Prosecutor in February 2011, simultaneously with Eshperov's appointment as Deputy Prosecutor General of the country.
