BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 27. The value of Tajikistan's exports of ores and concentrates of non-ferrous metals to Kazakhstan from January through September 2022 totaled $331.4 million, Trend reports with reference to the Customs Service of Tajikistan.
According to statistics, the volume of supplies of copper ore and concentrates from Tajikistan to Kazakhstan in 9 months of this year amounted to 67,814 tons, ores and concentrates of lead - 60,677 tons, and 85,410 tons of ores and concentrates of zinc.
Overall, Tajik exports to Kazakhstan from January through September 2022 amounted to $373.2 million, which is an increase of 54.2 percent over the same period in 2021 ($242 million).
Meanwhile, Tajikistan's imports of goods from Kazakhstan in the reporting period reached $669.7 million, which is 12.7 percent more than in the corresponding period of last year ($593.8 million).
