ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, January 8. The Lebap Cement Plant located in Turkmenistan exported over 107,480 tons of its manufactured products to Uzbekistan over the past year, Trend reports.
Chemical, physical, X-ray, and spectrographic analyses using advanced technologies are carried out at the plant.
Furthermore, according to the latest data, from January through September 2023, the plant produced a total of 800,000 tons of products, while overdoing the plan by 5.7 percent.
This cement plant was put into operation in February 2013, and its products are actively sold both on the domestic market and abroad.
Due to the increasing dynamics of the construction of industrial and social facilities in Turkmenistan, industry is becoming one of the major sectors of the economy.
