ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, October 7. Export deals totaling more than $10 million were concluded at Turkmenistan's State Commodity Exchange last week, Trend reports.
October 1
Turkmennebit State Concern successfully sold hydrotreated diesel fuel to Afghanistan in two deals worth $2.373 million.
Turkmenhimiya State Concern sold B-grade urea to the UAE for $3.556 million.
The UAE purchased textile products worth $110,400 and cotton yarn worth $88,880 from FE Dovletli Kent in the light industry sector. Türkiye purchased textile products worth $519,750 from FE Kervenler.
October 2
State concern Turkmennebit sold polypropylene of TPP D382 BF and TPP D30 S grades to Uzbekistan for a total of $400,000. In another deal, Uzbekistan purchased lighting kerosene of the KO-20 brand for $252,500.
The UAE also struck a deal with Turkmennebit State Concern to buy hydrotreated diesel fuel in two bids worth $1.8 million.
October 5.
Afghanistan purchased hydrotreated diesel fuel worth $1.2 million from Turkmennebit Concern, confirming the active demand for this product.
Export operations were not conducted at the exchange on September 30, October 3, and 4.
The State Commodity Exchange of Turkmenistan, founded on July 29, 1994, plays a key role in regulating export-import operations with goods and strengthening economic ties with foreign partners.
