Subject: The lease of 50 joints of downhole motors.
The National Iranian Drilling Company (NIDC) intends to grant the provision of above – mentioned services to a well known and qualified contractor through the public call for tenderers' pre-qualification & signing the related contract.
A) Brief of the Scope of required Services:
The lease of 50 joints of downhole motors-wester type for utilization in the oil & gas wells.
Note: Proposal of that Company shall be considered and approved that it provides the tools of any of the following manufacturers.
1-BLACK MAX 2- WENZEL 3- DYNOMAX 4- NOV 5-COUGAR 6-BAKER HUGHES
B) Quality evaluation criteria of tenderers:
1- The Natural / Legal entities
2- Financial ability for the above- mentioned services and Bank Tender Guarantee
3- Planning and technical ability.
4- Ability for providing the Equipment and Machinery
5- Necessary experience and knowledge in the respective field.
6- Company good reputation
7- Appropriate standby capacity for work
The minimum acceptable quality score is 60. Tenderers may obtain pre-qualification and tender draft documents by sending their formal application to the NIDC’s Contracts Department via fax or email.

All competent tenderers may complete and deliver the pre-qualification documents to NIDC by handing over them to the following address no later than Dec. 22, 2016.

Final tender documents will be sent to the emails of the competent and qualified contractors approved by NIDC.
