Iranian citizens purchased 678 real estate properties in Turkey in January 2020, which is 373 properties more compared to the same month of 2019, Turkey’s General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadaster told Trend on Feb. 18.
Total number of real estate properties sold in Turkey in January 2020 amounted to 113,615 properties, which is 55.8 percent more compared to January 2019.
Some 3,907 real estate properties in Turkey were sold to foreigners in January 2020, which is 23.3 percent more compared to the same month of 2019.
In 2019, Iranian citizens purchased 5,423 real estate properties in Turkey, which is 1,771 properties more compared to 2018.
In December 2019, Iranian citizens purchased 763 real estate in Turkey, which is 328 properties more compared to December 2018.
