The Goldenpay Company provided an opportunity for repayment of loans using an online system using the TuranBank JSC, the company told Trend on Monday.
Bank customers will be able to repay loans both through the bank's corporate website (turanbank.az), and via the portal of the electronic payment system hesab.az.
The advantage of an online payment system is firstly its convenience for the clients, as there is no need to visit the banks office and take queue.
Holders of Visa and MasterCard belonging to any Azerbaijani bank can pay using the online payment section on the bank's website. While making online payment via hesab.az portal, bank clients should enter via the 'Banks and leasing' module, add loan payment and select TuranBank.
Whilst repaying the loans, bank clients do not need to specify their personal numbers each time. It is enough to add the number to your 'personal cabinet' once.
Clients get additional bonuses for each 0.10 manat paid via the hesab.az portal and also the chance to win gifts from the Goldenpay Company.
The history of payments also remains in the payer's 'personal cabinet'.
It will be possible to store information about a plastic card in the hesab.az portal which will give an opportunity to users to make the payments automatically.
In addition, new banks will also be connected to the hesab.az portal. Clients of those banks will also be able to repay loans remotely.
To date, nearly 100 Azerbaijani banks have been connected to the Goldenpay payment system which is licensed in Visa International and MasterCard.
The official exchange rate for August 5 is 0.7845 AZN/USD.
