ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, May 5. Last week, 11 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, Trend reports.
Entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates and Türkiye purchased road bitumen, produced by the technological facilities of the State Concern Turkmennebit, using foreign currency.
Additionally, a range of products were sold at the exchange, including bedding sets, cotton yarn, aerated concrete blocks, and licorice root extract, as well as licorice roots and rhizomes. The buyer countries included the UAE, Serbia, and Kyrgyzstan. The total value of these transactions exceeded $1.65 million dollars.
In the context of the domestic marketplace, indigenous
entrepreneurs have acquired polypropylene assets totaling 3 million
manat. ($57,000 USD)
