BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 4. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has issued a license to "MilliKart" LLC for the right to operate as a payment system operator, a source in the CBA told Trend.
"In accordance with the law of Azerbaijan 'On payment services and payment systems,' an assessment was made of the organizations that applied to the CBA for a license to provide payment services and payment systems. As part of the work in this direction, by the decision of the Board of the Central Bank, "MilliKart" LLC was granted a perpetual license for the right to operate as a payment system operator, the source added.
"MilliKart" LLC has provided card processing services to financial institutions since 2006. Currently, "MilliKart" is providing services to banks, Azerpost, Non-Bank Credit Organizations (NBCO), investment, insurance, and other organizations.
