BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, August 21. From January to May 2025, Kyrgyzstan exported 32 trucks worth $316,000, Trend reports, citing data from the National Statistical Committee.
The metric is 10 units, representing a decrement of 23 percent
relative to the corresponding timeframe in the previous fiscal
year. Afghanistan sustained its position as the predominant
purchaser, representing 19 trucks—a substantial 90 percent
escalation relative to the previous year, 2024. Georgia and Türkiye
each acquired a fleet of six trucks, with delivery metrics
escalating by 50 percent and doubling, respectively. Uzbekistan
experienced a contraction in its import metrics, acquiring a
singular truck, reflecting a year-on-year depreciation of 50
percent.
The exportation of trucks from Kyrgyzstan constitutes a modest yet
consistent component of its international trade portfolio.
Afghanistan has established itself as the most reliable
collaborator in this sector, whereas the demand trajectory from
Georgia and Türkiye indicates an expanding array of export
conduits. Notwithstanding the variances in throughput, Kyrgyz
transport units persist in securing clientele within adjacent and
regional marketplaces, indicative of the nation’s incremental
assimilation into regional commerce dynamics.
