Georgia owes Azerbaijan $14.243 million as of June 30, 2010, the Georgian Finance Ministry said. Georgia's total amount of debt was $16,189,573.

Georgia owes 17 countries $533.534 million under the bilateral agreements. Germany, Russia, and Japan are among the largest creditors of Georgia.
Georgia owes Germany $177,776 million, Russia $117,438 million, Japan $55,695 million, the United States $36.787 million, Turkey $32,936 million, Kazakhstan $27.774 million, Kuwait $22,967 million, Armenia $16,974 million, Iran $11,137 million, the Netherlands $8,149 million, France $5,718 million, China $4,414 million, Austria $636,000, Uzbekistan $355,000 million, Ukraine $324,000 million and Turkmenistan $0.211 million.
The country attracted $ 500 million under the placement of government securities (Eurobonds).
Creditors to Georgia are also international financial institutions. Total debt to them is $2,426,959 million. This debt was accumulated to the WB, the International Monetary Fund, the European Union, EBRD, the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).
Georgia attracted loan in the amount of 1.11 million from EBRD under the state guarantees dollars and from Germany - $3.2 million. The total amount of loans made under the state guarantees, is $4.3 million.
