Various types of fabrics were exported to Turkmenistan from January through August of this year, Trend reports, citing statistics from the Eurasian Economic Commission.
According to statistics, for the specified period from the countries of the EAEU Russia was the only exporter to Turkmenistan of fabrics made from synthetic complex threads in the amount of almost 6 tons, for a total amount of $5,217.
In addition, Russia was the only exporter from the EAEU countries that delivered textile materials for technical purposes to Turkmenistan in the amount of over 24 tons, for a total amount of $122,657.
Statistics also note that during this period, Russia exported 22 kilograms of narrow fabrics to Turkmenistan, for a total of $190.
In addition to Russia, Kazakhstan also exported fabrics to Turkmenistan.
Thus, Russia and Kazakhstan exported $2,636 tons of nonwoven fabric to Turkmenistan, totaling $ 5.3 million.
At the same time, the share of Kazakhstan in the export of nonwoven fabric to Turkmenistan is over $5 million, and the share of Russia is $259,252.
